    • Who's behind this webshop?

      Sudeko vof/snc is the owner and operator of the online stores accessories4wine.com, accessoriesforkitchen.com and accessoriesforbar.com. Sudeko vof/snc was founded in 2010 by two entrepreneurs, with the aim of offering household products using thematic web shops.

      Sudeko vof/snc chooses high-quality and stylish accessories, exclusively from European manufacturers. Accessories4wine.com, set up in 2010, was the first online shop. In 2011, the online stores accessoriesforkitchen.com and accessoriesforbar.com will follow.

    • Can I see the products anywhere?

      On our site you can see all our products in detail. We currently do not have a showroom.

    • Can I get help with my order?

      You have never ordered online and you could use some help? You still have some questions? You can reach us by phone from Monday to Friday at +32 495.11.14.38 and this continuously from 17 to 21 hours. Saturday is also possible, from 11 to 21 hours. We will be glad to help.

    • How do I know how much I pay?

      Per article, you will see the price including VAT. Additionally, there are only shipping costs. These costs are clearly stated before confirming your order.

    • What are the shipping costs?

      Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order. We strive to ship your order at the most advantageous national rates. In this way, home shopping becomes even cheaper: no more paying high petrol prices, parking and no more wasting your valuable time! At the moment we mainly use the services of Taxipost, but we continue to look for the most economical way of delivery.

    Register

    • Do I need to register to buy at accessories4wine.com?

      No, you are entirely free to choose.

      The first time shopping with us, you can register during the checkout process, providing us your personal details which will allow us to ship your ordered wine accessories. With every next order you would only have to sign in with your email address (username) and your chosen password.

      If you prefer not to register, please choose “check out as a guest” during the checkout process and follow the indicated steps. This way you will also be asked to provide us your contact information. However, no profile is created and maintained so you will have to enter these data again with every next purchase.

    • Why do I need a password?

      Your password facilitates order placement and provides you access to personal services offered by our website. You are free to choose your password. Note: A good password contains a combination of letters and numbers making it difficult for others to retrieve your password.

    • Can I change my username and password?

      Your username is always equal to your email address. You are free to choose your password. A combination of letters and numbers that is difficult to guess by someone else is obviously the best. You can access your email and password under 'My Profile' when you are logged on our web shop.

    Delivery

    • How soon will I receive my order?

      We will process your order immediately upon receipt of your payment on our account N° 979-7877874-24. We strive to deliver your order within 8 to 10 weekdays. Note: There can be exceptions in case you order personalized products.

    • Can I receive my order when I’m not home during the day?

      No problem. You can always enter your work address or a neighbor’s address when placing your order. If you entered your own address and for whatever reason you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be left a card with which to collect your parcel from the post office. Large parcels are usually delivered by courier. They often try to leave the parcel at the neighbours and will also leave a card in your letterbox.

    • Can I have a parcel sent as a present directly to someone else?

      Of course! Simply enter the name and address of the lucky recipient when placing your order. You can also enter a personal message which we will print on a decorative card.

    • Can I follow the status of my order?

      If you would like to check the status of your order, we invite you to send us a message at info@wijntoebehoren.be. We will reply to your inquiry within max. 48 hours. Upon shipment of your parcel, we will inform you about the tracking number of Taxipost/Kilopost. You will then be able to trace your parcel via the website of De Post (www.depost.be).

    • Force majeur

      SUDEKO vof/snc cannot be held liable for non-compliance with any obligations it may have with respect to the customer resulting from occurrences beyond its control. This includes any serious interruptions to the activities and/or stagnation of the logistics chain.

    Payment

    • How can I pay for my order?

      We offer you several possibilities to make an online payment. We accept all payments made through Paypal and MultiSafepay.

      When you choose to pay using MultiSafepay, we offer you following payment methods: iDEAL, Credit cards, Visa, Mister Cash, Giropay, Carte Bleue, Maestro, DIRECTebanking, ... During the checkout process you will be directed to the website of Multisafepay, where you can choose which payment option suits you best.

      You can also choose to pay by using Paypal . You may use your own Paypal-account, however if you do not have a Paypal-account, you will be offered the possibility to pay using a credit card.

      If you prefer not to pay online, you can also transfer the order amount on our bank account at Argenta: IBAN: BE81979-7877874-24 / / BIC/SWIFT: ARSPBE22. Note, if you pay by bank transfer, we will only ship your parcel upon receipt of your payment. This may take several days.

    Return

    • What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

      If you notice that something is broken, the best thing to do is contact us within 24 hours on the number +32 495/11.14.38 or email us at info@wijntoebehoren.be. After consultation you can send the parcel back to us and we will take the necessary steps to replace the item.     • I'm regretting my order. Can I cancel or return it?

      If you did not yet receive your ordered goods, you may, without any related cost and without giving any reason, cancel your order by e-mail (info@sudeko.eu) or by informing us though our online contact form or by contacting us directly at +32 495 11 14 38.

      Did you already receive your order? Then, you are granted 14 calendar days to reconsider your purchase. After having contacted us, we will ask you to return the goods in undamaged condition and original packaging to our company address, using prepaid courier services. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will reimburse the shipping costs.
